We began as a small courtesy  business of a reprographic firm in Shreveport, Louisiana.  As time progressed, so did we.  Eventually, becoming our own corporation and then growing into one of the largest drafting retailers in the United States.

International Orders

Currently, we accept international orders from Canada, Great Britain and Australia.

  • All prices are in $US.

  • Duties are the responsibility of the buyer and will be prepaid with your order

  • International orders currently cannot be placed online

If you do not live in one of these three countries, we will still accept your order with two conditions being met.

Purchase Order Policy

Currently, purchase orders are accepted only from State Funded Educational Facilities.  Minimum purchase order amount is $100.  Terms are Net 30.  Purchase order must be faxed in to 1-800-965-4950.



At we want you as a long time customer, not just a one time sale.  We believe that by providing the quality customer service that we all expect, you will stay a customer.

If you decide you do not like what you ordered, we will gladly accept your return.  Most companies have a 30% restocking fee (some as high as 50%), but at SuppliesNet ours is 0%.  Not even a penny.  You only pay for shipping.

Simply, return your purchase to us within 30 days, in its original package, with a copy of your receipt and we will refund your full purchase price (less the actual amount of shipping).  For insurance and tracking purposes, we encourage you to ship returns to us by UPS or FedEx ground.  You may ship by the United States Postal Service, but you should properly insure your package and request delivery confirmation.

Keep in mind, when making a return, we may have waived the original shipping cost of your order but the actual shipping we paid, will be deducted from the return.

Guaranteed & No Restocking Fees

We will gladly accept the return of any item for any reason, even if you mildly do not like the item, please feel free to return it.  The restocking gimmick DOES NOT happen here!  Many companies count on you to not like the product, then hope you will return it so they will get their merchandise and your money.  Not here, we count on you to like every aspect of your purchase, so even though most discount online companies charge a restocking fee, we do not.  If you return a purchase, upon arrival of the return, we will gladly refund the full purchase price, less the cost of shipping.

Damaged Shipments

It seems no matter how well a package is prepared for shipment, there are times when even the best carriers damage the products. Of course, this is extremely inconvenient for everyone, but we are more than happy to do everything we can to solve the problem. First, if your order has arrived damaged, please accept delivery but use the following steps to expedite the handling of the matter.

  • For UPS or FedEx Shipments-

    You must notify us within one week of delivery (preferably within 1 business day). Call us at 1-800-737-8273 and let us know as soon as possible. Please provide our representative with the Credit Card holder's Name, City and State and a phone number. Also, please provide the item number(s) for any damaged items. We will file the necessary claim with the carrier and ship you a replacement. Do not automatically ship the item back to us. By doing so, the carrier is no longer responsible for any of the damages. This makes sense, in that the carrier no longer knows if they caused the damage or of the subsequent carrier caused the damaged. You will need to hold on to the damaged product for at least 10 days, but rest assured, we will not wait that amount of time to send your replacement. It will be sent within a few days of your notification to us. During the 10 day period, the carrier will come by to pick up the merchandise and it must be made available to the carrier. In most cases, they will call before they come, or drop of a note to let you know they will try again tomorrow. If the carrier is not allowed to pick up the damaged item, you will be charged for the second shipment, as you will be in possession of both products.

    For Motor Freight Deliveries(Truck Lines) -

    Please make a note of all damaged merchandise on the "e;bill of lading"e; at the time of delivery. Accept delivery. Call SuppliesNet at 1-800-737-8273. Please provide our representative with the Credit Card holder's Name, City and State and a phone number. Also, please provide the item number(s) for any damaged items.

     Alaska & Hawaii Shipments

We do accept orders from Alaska and Hawaii, but in most cases additional shipping charges will apply.

We will contact you with any additional shipping amount, giving you the opportunity to continue the processing of your order or to cancel th order.

Tracking Your Order

If you have provided an email address to us, we will send you a tracking number on the day following your shipment leaving our facility.  There are email filters that may block yor reception of our email, but you can still check the status of your order 24/7 using the following link: Track Your Order.  You will need your order number and the billing zip code.

Please keep in mind tracking numbers may take up to 1 business day after shipping before it posts to the site, though in most cases it will post the same day as shipment.

When Will My Order Ship?

96% of all orders ship on the same business day or next business day.  Arrival at your destination ranges between 1 and 7 business days after shipping.

Drop shipped items may take longer.  All SMI brand solid wood tables are custom built and take 5 to 7 weeks for delivery.

Large items cannot be shipped by UPS or FedEx, therefore they travel by Motor Freight.  All Freight companies require a phone number for the destination.  It is imperative that you respond to our email request for your number, otherwise the trucking company may begin a $25 per day storage fee, until they are able to arrange delivery.

Shipping Options

Our Standard shipping includes UPS, USPS and several motor freight companies.

If you require expedited shipping, please call us before 1:00PM Central time.  Additional shipping charges will apply.

Please be aware thattrucking companiesonly provide delivery to the "e;end of their trailer."e;  In most cases the drivers are willing to help you remove the shipment from their truck, though it is not required.  If they happen to be unwilling to unload the shipment you will need to make arrangements.  For an additional fee most trucking companies will provide "e;inside"e; delivery.  This fee often ranges from $25 to $50.  The customer is responsible for any additional services you require.

Our standard shipping method for all items is by UPS ground.  All shipping based on a US address within the 48 continental US States.
